You should firstly fill in the Application Form purchased by HAYZ. The following should be provided for registration process :
Application form (given by the HAYZ [representative] );
Copy of your credentials (Testimonial, Passport photo, Birth Certificate, International/Ecowas Passport)

STEP 2: Issuance of Admission Letter/ Tuition Schedule
Upon submission of application by Mzbronchure Inc , application are been granted easily and requires immediate payment of tuition fee in person(s) in the university premises.Tuition fee schedule is forwarded upon request. Usually the original of the following documents are required:
- International Passport
- Completed Application form
- 6 photographs (3x4cm)
- Original of the Birth Certificate/ Testimonial
- Original of medical health report (if staying in dormitory)
- Certificate of complete higher secondary education
STEP 3: Entry to Benin Republic
IMPORTANT: All students who registered through Mzbronchure are met in person at the border by Mzbronchure Rep for easy entry and access within the country. Student safety and arrival to the university is all by Mzbronchure Inc. According to the official rules and regulations of the Benin Migration Service, a student can be refused entry to the Benin Republic if he/she is not met by an official/ Representative of the university or a person who has power of attorney from the university.
In order to enter the territory of Benin Republic and to be admitted to university, a student should have the following documents:
- International/ Ecowas Passport (valid for not less than 2 years);
- Yellow Card ( it must be completed by the student and stamped by Health Officer in the border/airport upon arrival)
- 6 passport size (3×4 cm) ( In University)
- Payment of registration / service charge fees
